Gajar Ka Halwa: In Microwave
Ingredients required for Gajar Ka Halwa:
Grated Carrot (Gajar): 2 Full Cups
Milk Powder: 1/2 Cup
Sugar: 5 tablespoon
Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder: ½ teaspoon
Ghee: 1 tablespoon
Sliced Pistachio and Cashew nuts: 1 tablespoon (For Garnishing)
Procedure for Making the Halwa:
In a Microwave safe bowl combine the Ghee and Grated Carrot (Gajar). Cover them with a Micro Safe Lid and Microwave them in High Temperature for 5 Minutes.
Add the Milk Powder, Sugar, and Cardamom Powder and mix them very well. Cover them with the Lid and Microwave them in High for 3 Minutes.
It’s ready now. Serve this Hot after Garnishing with the sliced Pistachio and Cashewnuts.
You can keep this in fridge and have it afterwards, will taste really well.
