Chicken Lollipop in Microwave
12 chicken drumstick lollipops (Approx 400 grms)
2 tablespoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon plain flour (Maida)
3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon white oil
2 tablespoon water
Sate to taste
2 tablespoon spring onion, few onions slices for garnishing
How to make it:
In a clean bowl mix together the garlic paste, chili powder, vinegar, flour, tomato ketchup, water and salt properly.
Coat each chicken with the paste and keep them at least for an hour.
Grease a Microwave safe plate with the white oil and preheat using Microwave + Grill mode for 3 minutes in 70% temperature.
Place the chicken lollipop in the preheated plate and only Microwave them for 14 Minutes in 70% temperature turning the sides after 7 minutes.
It’s now ready to serve. Garnish them with sliced onion and spring onions leaves.
It’s basically a starter or a snack. So serve them hot.
This has got a very low calorie as there is a least oil used and it’s not at all fried, though tastes great.
So give your kids a treat that will make them forget the restaurant ones. A low calorie and tasty version of the traditionally deep fried lollipops.
